Our client provide IT software solutions to central Government departments to improve workflow. Business growth has almost entirely been based on recommendations. Anecdotal feedback has been positive, but the client had never conducted formal research to understand what they do well and areas they need to improve and how they compare with some key competitors.
The client has introduced a new communications template which is currently being rolled out and will be repeating the research in 12-18mths to measure their performance.
