In light of the current global COVID-19 crisis, we first wanted to wish you all well and second, to let you know what it means for our clients, the public and the Vision One team. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update our policies and processes accordingly, and will update this post regularly as the situation develops in line with Government guidance.
Most importantly, we would like to stress that the safety of our staff, our clients and the general public is our priority. During the pandemic, we have decided not to offer any face-to-face research until we believe it is safe to do so and government restrictions have been lifted.
Over the past year, we’ve made further improvements to our remote-working infrastructure, including implementing a new telephone system to make communication even easier. So yes, it’s business as usual, as all our team are able to work from home. We’re actually very busy, and our team are working around the clock to ensure all projects are carried out in full, whilst maintaining the utmost safety measures for all. Steps we’re taking whilst we’re open
To ensure our projects continue to run as smoothly as possible, we are currently implementing the following steps:
- Our team will continue to work on both new and existing projects from home.
- All business travel is cancelled until further notice.
- We are Microsoft Office-enabled and offer Microsoft Teams, Zoom or any other preferred application for virtual client meetings and debriefs.

Whilst government measures include avoiding crowds and gatherings, face-to-face focus groups may not appear to be the most appealing method to respondents at first glance, but there are many alternatives and solutions. This doesn’t mean focus groups can’t be conducted; we can offer online qualitative solutions, including online focus groups and In-depth interviews, giving you the insights and results you intended without the need for direct contact.
