Take part in London transport Focus Groups and accompanied journeys

We are working on behalf of our client who specialises in transport, who is looking for us to capture your views and experiences of travelling in and around Central and Greater London. The research we are doing involves either focus groups or accompanied journeys across parts of London.

The Assisted Travel Trips will take place on the 6th and 7th December, and will involve a short assisted trip on the DLR and the in-person focus groups will take place in central London between the 28th November and the 6th of December allowing you to share your views and experiences of travelling in central London.

We are interested in speaking to people from all walks of life and backgrounds. We would like to hear from you if you are over 18 years of age and regularly travel using any form of transport in zones 1, 2 and 3 in London, including the DLR, the Elizabeth Line, National Rail, Underground, Bus, Car, Taxi or Bicycle.

The accompanied interviews will involve a moderator accompanying you on a short trip on public transport (e.g. underground or DLR etc). This will last approximately 60 minutes. The focus group will involve 6 to 7 other participants, all engaging in an open discussion about transport in London. The session will last approximately 90 minutes. The research interviews will all be facilitated by one of our friendly moderators.
