Take part in our Gibtelecom Customer Research
We are looking for companies to participate in online focus groups on behalf of Gibtelecom. They want to conduct independent customer research to understand what you care about as customers and how they can better serve your needs.
This will take place between 1-2:30pm (Central European Standard Time) on Monday, the 17th of March, on Microsoft Teams. We are interested in speaking to Gibtelecom customers who represent Small to Medium Enterprises from different business sectors.
The focus group will be about your views and experience of Gibtelecom, as well as exploring your business needs, wants and expectations. The session will last approximately 90 minutes. All feedback will be fully anonymised, and we encourage you to be as honest as possible.
To say “thank you” for taking part in the focus group, we will be offering you the option of a gift hamper or an environmental donation for carbon offsetting in your name (e.g. tree planting), if you are able to accept this.

We’d like to hear from you if you are:
You are a Sovereign Network Group (SNG) customer, are aged over 18 and located in London or Hertfordshire
You are available to take part on the 4th of February or Monday 17th February 2025
You are willing to be audio and video recorded (for client purposes only).

Once completed, please expect a call from a member of the Vision One team within a few days. We will ask some more questions about you and your life – to make sure we get a good mix of people. This won’t take long (approximately 10 minutes). If you are a match, we’ll send you an email invitation to the online focus group within one week of our phone call. Otherwise, we’ll send an email letting you know that we won’t be able to include you on this occasion.
Don’t forget, if you take part in the focus group, we will transfer £60 to your nominated bank account within 10 working days of receiving your payment form.
