Take part in our Saxon Weald Market Research
This September, Saxon Weald are looking for customers to participate in a range of research projects, including focus groups, in-depth interviews and a co-creation workshop.
To register your interest in participating in the research programme, which is being incentivised, please complete the form below. We are conducting this important piece of research to help Saxon Weald better understand its customers to help develop its long-term business objectives and plans. The research will be taking place between Monday the 1st September and Friday, 12th September. We would like you to confirm your willingness and availability to participate in any or all of the following:
- Focus groups will take place in the evening and will be conducted online, and will last 90 minutes, and will typically be held in the afternoons or early evenings. A £50 incentive will be offered as a ‘thank you’ for your time and support.
- The one-to-one depth interviews will last just 30 minutes and will be conducted in person (at home or a convenient nearby location) or online if preferred. A £30 incentive will be offered as a ‘thank you’ for your time and support.
- We will also be looking to conduct a one-day workshop on Monday, 8th September. If you are willing to participate for the day, the incentive will be £100. We will also cover any travel costs to the venue (to be confirmed).
Details of our requirements and taking part
We are looking for tenants of Saxon Weald Housing Association across Sussex and Hampshire. We are looking for all age groups and life-stages,including individuals and families and those living in housing for 55+ years.
You are available to take part in the research, which will include day and evening sessions. If selected, we will invite you to sessions that suit your availability.
You are willing to have the interview audio recorded. Online interviews are audio- and video-recorded purely for research purposes. No sensitive questions are anticipated, and any personal or information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

Once completed, please expect a call from a member of the Vision One team within a few days. We will ask some more questions to make sure you are eligible for the research. This won’t take long (approximately 5-10 minutes).
If you are a match, we’ll send you an email invitation within one week of our phone call. Otherwise, we’ll send an email letting you know that we won’t be able to include you on this occasion.
All participants will be offered cash or a gift card that can be used in most shops or online stores, as a ‘Thank You’ for your time and trouble helping. The card can be used at over 200 retailers, food outlets and grocery stores.
