The Lounge Take Part In Research Vision One

Take part in our Sovereign Network Group (SNG) Focus Groups

We are looking for individuals to participate in online focus groups on behalf of SNG. They want to understand what you care about as customers and how they can better serve your needs.

These will take place in the evening of the Tuesday 4th of February or Monday 17th February on Microsoft Teams. We are interested in speaking to people from all walks of life and backgrounds, who are SNG customers living in London or Hertfordshire.

The focus groups will be about your views and experience of SNG, as well as exploring what you want and need from them, The session will last approximately 90 minutes. 

To say “thank you” we will pay you £60 for taking part in the focus group, which will be transferred to your nominated bank account.

If you haven’t participated in a focus group or in-depth interview before, we suggest you read this brief introduction.

We'd like to hear from you if you are:

The Lounge Age Vision One

You are a Sovereign Network Group (SNG) customer, are aged over 18 and located in London or Hertfordshire

The Lounge Calendar Availability Vision One

You are available to take part on the 4th of February or Monday 17th February 2025

The Lounge Recorded Session Vision One

You are willing to be audio and video recorded (for client purposes only).

Want to have your views heard? just complete the form below before the 12th February. If you know someone else who may be interested, please feel free to forward the link to them too.

Once completed, please expect a call from a member of the Vision One team within a few days. We will ask some more questions about you and your life – to make sure we get a good mix of people. This wont take long (approximately 10 minutes). If you are a match, we’ll send you an email invitation to the online focus group within one week of our phone call. Otherwise, we’ll send an email letting you know that we won’t be able to include you on this occasion.

Don’t forget, if you take part in the focus group we will transfer £60 to your nominated bank account within 10 working days of receiving your payment form.
