As a CATI Telephone Interviewer, you’ll play a vital role in gathering the insights that truly matter.

About the Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with the public – Conduct telephone interviews in the UK (or internationally) on a wide range of interesting topics, including public services, consumer behaviour and social issues.
  • Collecting high-quality data – Follow structured questionnaires, recording accurate, unbiased responses that meet rigorous research standards.
  • Representing Vision One Research -Act as a professional and friendly ambassador, ensuring every participant has a positive experience.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for telephone interviewers who have:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly manner
  • A professional, patient and respectful approach
  • Good time-management and self-organisation skills
  • Basic computer literacy and confidence using new systems
  • Reliability and attention to detail

No previous market research experience is required — full training is provided.

Your Home Working Setup

You’ll need:

  • A laptop or PC running Windows 10 or above, with a working camera for training
  • A USB headset with a microphone
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection
  • A quiet, private space to work without interruptions
