Which are the UK’s Best Viewing Facilities?

Vision One are committed to providing both our clients and respondents with the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and etiquette in the viewing facilities we use. So we feel it is important to continuously evaluate the range of facilities we use and compile a mini-directory of the best viewing facilities we love best. This is also in part to say a big ‘Thank You’ for helping our projects run so smoothly.

This list is by no means a comprehensive list of viewing facilities (as a full list is available at the Viewing Facilities Association (VFA) or on the AQR website), but it provides a more ‘qualitative’ assessment of those that regularly provide us with a great personal service in a first-class environment.

The Conservatory (Birmingham)

Always offering great service and atmosphere for focus groups in Birmingham, the Conservatory has been designed by experienced qualitative professionals, all rooms have natural daylight and are fully soundproofed. The three studios have been created with the comfort of researchers and clients in mind and to get the best from respondents.

The Engine Rooms (London)

We really like the Engine Rooms, which are ideal for London Focus Groups and located close to our offices in Camden. The Engine Rooms is an exclusively designed facility, offering four spacious research studios as well as a striking meeting room, relaxing break-out areas, and a sharp focus on service. The Engine Rooms’ bold colour schemes mixed with funky furniture and lighting create a space that crackles with energy and promotes productivity and creativity in which people can innovate, expand their horizons and, just as importantly – enjoy themselves.

Glasgow View (Glasgow)

A delightful viewing facility in a period property. Glasgow View aims to provide the best possible service in a flexible and spacious environment. Their philosophy is ‘Happy researchers and happy clients’, and we tend to agree. More recently, they have updated their technology and have now gone HD with all their video recordings and link-ups now in glorious high definition.

Wyoming Studios (Watford)

Wyoming is an independent market research viewing facility that believes in service with style and a smile. Contemporary studios with one-way mirrors for focus groups, depth interviews, online groups and web usability. Facilities include on-site parking, audio and video recording, large-screen playback of DVD VHS and high-speed Internet access.
