Climbing up Snowdon for Marie Curie
As part of our new approach to 'Giving Back' introduced earlier this year, the lovely Vision One team are giving up their time to embark on a trek up Snowdon later this year in aid of Marie Curie.
About the walk
UPDATE: Unfortunately, due to the Covid19 lockdown, we have had do delay our charity event this year and have rescheduled our walk up from September 25th, and with the new news have to wait upon a new date, once the restrictions for groups of more than six people being together has been lifted. This year's charity trek is in aid of Marie Curie, one of the five charities we will be supporting this year.
Many charities are suffering these days and whilst Marie Curie Nurses are supporting families across the UK, we’ll be lacing up our walking boots, trekking 3,560ft to the summit of Wales’ highest peak to help fundraise for this incredible charity.
Where the money goes...
We hope to raise at least £1,250 to help fund a new portable oxygen system and would really grateful for your support and your donations (however large or small) which will go a long way to helping Marie Curie. Obviously the more we receive from you, our colleagues, friends and families then we will be put towards all the above services/support.
