Climbing up Snowdon for Marie Curie
As part of our new approach to 'Giving Back' introduced earlier this year, the lovely Vision One team are giving up their time to embark on a trek up Snowdon in June in aid of Marie Curie.
About the walk
Unfortunately we missed out on this year's organised 'night walk', so we have decided to trek up Snowdon under our own steam to raise funds for Marie Curie.
As Marie Curie Nurses are supporting families across the UK, we’ll be lacing up our walking boots, trekking 3,560ft to the summit of Wales’ highest peak to help fundraise for this important charity.
Where the money goes...
We hope to raise the full amount of £1,250 and fund a new portable oxygen system and would truly welcome your support and donations which will go a long way to helping Marie Curie.
- Date: Friday 12th June, 10am
- Location: The National Slate Museum, Llanberis. Snowdonia
