One of the main features of The Drum is that it independently collects and compiles customer satisfaction ratings of all it's members. Only agencies with 3 or more endorsements for a particular service can become a recommended agency. In addition, agencies will also be rated on 7 key attributes, including; Client service, Creativity/innovation, Effectiveness, Strategic thinking, Value for money, On Time, On Budget.
