By joining, you can earn money from home by taking part in paid focus groups, online surveys, product testing, mystery shopping, and other exciting market research opportunities.

The Lounge is our online community, offering a user-friendly, rewarding experience for everyone. It’s a place where the public shares views or comes together to influence brands’ decision-making.

At The Lounge, we believe it’s not just about earning incentives, but we go further by providing you with better rewards.

As part of our Net Zero Pledge, we will plant a tree for every 100 completed surveys for The Lounge. We will also send individual certificates to all members who complete at least 50 surveys each year. Surveys aren’t the only way to take part; we are planting a tree for every Focus Group we run and for every 10 in-depth interviews we conduct. We will notify you when you are eligible, and you will receive a certificate electronically from e-Forests.

Paid Focus Groups

We conduct many focus groups and depth interviews throughout the year. These are often open to the public, so all you need to do is sign up to the Lounge and register your interest on our focus groups page.

Latest Focus Groups

Note. If you are new to focus groups, you should read up on online focus groups. The sessions are usually 90 minutes. You will typically receive a cash incentive or a universally accepted voucher for £50-100. Payments are made within a week of your participation.

Online Surveys

Our paid surveys are easy, fun, and rewarding – and, more importantly, you’ll earn money too. You can watch unseen TV ads, evaluate new products, help design packaging and even help shape the future.

The typical online survey takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete, but can go up to 20 or 25 minutes. Respondents will be incentivised based on the length of the survey and typically receive between 50p and £3 for each survey completed.

The Lounge is Vision One’s research community of curious, opinion-sharing people who want to shape the future of brands. By taking part in paid research — from surveys to focus groups — you help companies improve products and services. Your voice genuinely influences real decisions.

You might join online focus groups, relaxed discussions, one-to-one interviews, product tests, or quick surveys. Topics range from food, travel and tech to finance, retail and lifestyle. No two studies are the same — which keeps things interesting. We also do mystery shopping, accompanied shopping trips, depth interviews or online surveys.

Not at all! We don’t want “experts” — we want real people. Your everyday opinions, habits, and experiences are exactly what businesses need to hear. If you can share honest feedback, you’re qualified.

Not all research is paid and there are times we are reliant on the public to help for free. However, in such cases where possible we do like to offer a free prize draw to give everyone the opportunity to win. However, our qualitative projects do pay well as they typically require 30mins up to a few hours. Focus groups typically pay around £70-100 for a 90-minute session.
