The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Exec to support the smooth running of our growing business.

This is a varied and fast-paced role providing support across administration, business development, finance, research operations and office management.

You’ll work closely with our Directors and wider team, helping ensure projects, people and processes run efficiently.

Responsibilities

Regular duties and responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and enquiries.
• Diary management and meeting coordination.
• Processing invoices and expenses.
• Maintaining CRM and business development records.
• Supporting outbound client contact and follow-up activity.
• Assisting with qualitative research recruitment administration.
• Organising travel and accommodation.
• Managing participant incentives and recruitment logistics.
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational activities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional and confident in communicating with clients, the public and colleagues.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in an administrative, office support, operations or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

• CRM systems.
• Finance administration.
• Travel and logistics coordination.
• Professional services, consultancy or agency experience.
