Celebrating the Appointment of Kendra Furey as Head of Brands

I’m absolutely delighted to share some exciting news from all of us here at Vision One Research. Kendra Furey has been promoted to Head of Brands.

Over the past six years, Kendra has been an integral part of our journey, leading with empathy, intelligence, and an unwavering dedication to our clients as Head of Client Success. She has played a huge role in helping us deepen our partnerships and deliver insights that have genuinely transformed how our clients view their brands and customers.

In her new role, Kendra will lead our brand research team, helping clients uncover what truly drives brand growth and guiding them on their journey toward achieving Brand Momentum – our proven approach to sustainable brand success.

Kendra’s appointment is a big moment for us — it strengthens our commitment to helping brands decode growth, build emotional connections, and move beyond traditional “brand building” toward what we call brand energising.

Kendra will spearhead the launch of our enhanced brand tracking service, which builds on the ideas shared in Brand Momentum, the book by our CEO, Tony Lewis. This new approach is designed to help brands unlock sustainable growth by focusing on what truly energises them — emotionally, strategically, and behaviourally.

Kendra brings over seven years of experience in research, marketing, and client strategy, having worked across sectors including retail, financial services, and food & beverage. With a Master’s in Research focused on Uniqueness, The Self, and Luxury Fashion Brand Congruence, she has a deep curiosity about what makes people and brands unique.

She’s also one of the most thoughtful, curious, and passionate researchers I’ve ever worked with, and I couldn’t be happier to see her take on this role.
