Spring Forward with Vision One
Vision One Business Update – Spring 2024
We’ve done dry January, dined out on Valentines, and now the Easter eggs are rolling in the aisles! Spring is on the horizon, so we thought it was time to share some developments of our own.
We continue to work hard to deliver the very best-in-class market research, using innovative techniques to generate robust and tangible insights for our clients. We are proud to say that our satisfaction levels remain impressive, but we’re not sitting on our laurels and have achieved a lot in the last six months, so please hear us out.
Small Things Matter
We continue to take our team’s development and welfare seriously. Small things like bringing payday forward, enhanced investment in training, more attractive holidays, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave. We are also proud to have pay parity for men and women.
We are committed to staying at the forefront of technical and creative know-how. Unless you have been living in an igloo, you’ve probably been inundated with the arrival of AI. We certainly have! Our approach to AI is simple: where it can improve customers’ experience or enhance our clients’ insights, then we will implement it where possible. But the focus on our business is, and will remain with, real people. The research industry relies on customer feedback; we always need to be mindful of this and celebrate that brands, perceptions and experiences are in the mind and not in a computer.
New Leadership Team
Last year, we saw some changes, such as creating a new and stronger senior leadership team to ensure that our clients feel confident in our expertise from project inception to final delivery. I can honestly say that this talented group is the best I have ever worked with – fully focused on collaboration and integrity, with the drive to get things right, push innovative solutions and deliver on our promises, making every day inspiring and challenging!
Vision One Business Update
The leadership team consists of Alex Brown – Director of Insights; Adam Lunt – Head of Client Development; and Kendra Furey, who has been promoted to Head of Client Success. We are also delighted to say that Charlotte Baird returns to Vision One in early April after a short break away from the business. Collectively, the team has over 50 years of experience working at Vision One alone – hard to believe from such a young-looking crew!
Brand Momentum Update
For me personally, last week represented a bit of a landmark, with the completion of the first draft of a new marketing book with the working title ‘Brand Momentum” – which I’m hoping will be launched later this year. Whilst it’s a relief to get to this stage, Don’t get me wrong, there’s still so much to do before this becomes a reality,,, but it’s an exciting first step!
The book promises to provide a new perspective and way of thinking about growing brands. The ideas in the book will also change the way we approach tracking and evaluating brands, and we hope to share them with you as soon as we can.
We’re here to help
We recognise that the tricky economic and geopolitical uncertainties don’t make planning any easier. Still, we’d love to hear from you if you would like any further information from us or would like to talk about any of your business objectives or requirements.
Here’s to navigating the journey ahead with insight, resilience, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
Warm regards,
Tony and the Vision One Team
