Achieving the Recruiter Accreditation Scheme

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Recruiter Accreditation Scheme (RAS), a certification provided by MRS!
This award is an important credential for our clients and anyone with an interest in qualitative research and the highest industry standard available in qualitative recruitment.
What is the Recruiter Accreditation Scheme
The Recruiter Accreditation Scheme was created to raise the status and profile of recruiters and recognise the skills of professional recruiters. Its purpose is to improve the quality of the qualitative recruitment a brand receives through a supplier and to help businesses recruit more efficiently throughout all Qualitative Research.
What it does for our clients
The reason we have tasked our team to achieve this accreditation is the positive impact we believe it has on our potential clients. The certificate provides recognition and status for our experienced recruiters and the professional distinction of how at Vision One, we strive to generate the highest quality of research. It follows guidelines about the settings in which research takes place, fundamental aspects of both Qualitative and Quantitative Research, and any legal or ethical principles that could appear through the recruitment process.
This process is followed vigorously by our Senior Research Executive Raluca Bobutanu, who manages the recruitment of our participants to ensure the highest level of quality participants.
Raluca, who passed the accreditation with distinction, recently commented on the accreditation award:
