Adam Lunt leads our Client Development team,  working closely with brands and businesses at the beginning of their research journey.

Adam always aims to ensure every programme is precisely tailored to every client’s needs.  He loves starting off with a quick call with every enquirer to get to know them, but more importantly, their precise requirements. This ensures our clients are always happy – having ensured we delivered precisely what they want and need.

About Adam

Adam is here to help you get started and assist you with the research design, costs, and, importantly, getting you started.

After ten years at Vision One, Adam is one of the most experienced team members and is now part of the Senior Leadership Team helping to drive the business forward to future success. His journey at Vision One started in 2015, and he quickly became an outstanding researcher, but he has since turned his hands to Client Development and helping to design and develop the right solutions for our clients.

Adam had previously started his career working in the Manufacturing sector before attending Leeds Beckett University, It was here, whilst studying Social Sciences, that Adam’s passion for research and strategic thinking began to develop.  Adam also gained extensive experience in the Retail and Insurance sectors before joining Vision One.

Today, Adam works closely with our project team headed up by Tony Lewis, Alex Brown, Kendra Furey and Charlotte Baird, acting as the bridge between the sales and project team ensuring that our clients are happy with the journey they entail with Vision One and the insights produced.

We recently had a chat with Adam Lunt to find out how his time at Vision One and his journey to Head of Client Development has been shaped over the past 10 years. So if you would like to find out more about Adam you can do so by reading a few Q&A’s below.

“So what attracted you to a career in Market Research?”

“People & Planet, the Metaverse, and the growth of Robotics and Automation in the food and beverage sector. All of these are driven by powerful over-arching macro trends which are impacting everyone and everything.”

I did a number of research modules as part of my degree course at Uni and enjoyed it. When I moved back to Liverpool after 7 years living in Leeds, I was looking for research agencies and found Vision One and they’ve been stuck with me ever since.

Working with an international education provider who wanted to gain insights into the feasibility of their idea in the UK. This was a mixed methodology project with some focus groups as well as an online study and seeing how the two aspects dovetailed each other and provided our client with the insight they required was fun to be involved with.

Professionally – Snoop by Sam Gosling.

If you have any interest in the psychology of why people make the choices they do and how they project elements of their personality subconsciously, then this book will be right up your street.

Personally – The Dark Tower series by Stephen King.

Ever since seeing the original IT mini-series when I was (a lot) younger, I was always a fan of Stephen King’s works. The Dark Tower is his magnus opus and spans 7 books (well, 7-and-a-half now), with the addition of a newer mini story) and is just a great read, though you’ll need to put aside a bit of time to get through all of the books though!
