Our pursuit is to be one of the best market research companies in the UK. In 2012, we established our own exclusive field-force and fieldwork services to deliver the highest quality fieldwork. We have a highly trained and mobile field force allowing us to do research across the UK. This means we can conduct hall tests, in-home placements or street surveys in almost any part of the UK.

Our CATI telephone research unit utilises some of the best and most advanced surveying software available. In addition, its many advanced features allow us to incorporate multiple methodologies (e.g. online and telephone) all into one survey. Our rigorous and structured training programme for all staff means our clients can depend on us for reliable, sustainable findings.

We have also adopted and invested in meeting the requirements of the IQCS (Interviewer Quality Control Scheme). IQCS have been serving the research industry since 1978, and are highly regarded by clients and practitioners.

Registered with Data Protection. In addition, Vision One complies with the eight principles of the Data Protection Act ensuring that personal information is secure. Whether it is recorded, used on paper, in a computer file or database or on another material.

In 2015, Vision One won the FSB Business Innovation award for our advanced ground-breaking packaging evaluation tool PackProbe.
