In 2012, we established our own exclusive field-force and fieldwork services to deliver the highest quality fieldwork. Our specially trained, mobile field force allows us to carry out exceptional research, right across the UK. This means we can conduct hall tests, in-home placements or street surveys in almost any part of the UK.
Our state of the art CATI telephone research unit uses some of the most advanced surveying software available. In addition, its many advanced features allow us to incorporate multiple methodologies (including online and telephone) all into one survey. Our rigorous and structured training programme for all staff means our clients can depend on us for reliable, sustainable findings that provide meaningful insight.
We have also adopted and invested in meeting the requirements of the IQCS (Interviewer Quality Control Scheme). IQCS have been serving the research industry since 1978, and are highly regarded by clients and practitioners.
