In our pursuit to be one of the best market research companies possible in the UK, in 2012, we established our own exclusive fieldforce and fieldwork services to ensure we can deliver the highest quality throughout the entire research process. We have several hundred highly trained and mobile interviewers, and over 50 experienced qualitative recruiters providing us with the ability to conduct hall tests, in home placements or street surveys in almost any part of the UK.

Our new CATI telephone research unit utilises some of the best and most advanced surveying software available and besides many advanced features this allows us to incorporate multiple methodologies (e.g. online and telephone) all into one survey. Our rigorous and structured training programme, which all staff complete, provides our clients with the peace of mind that they can always depend on us to deliver reliable, sustainable findings.

Recently, we have adopted and invested in meeting the requirements of the IQCS (Interviewer Quality Control Scheme) – the IQCS have been serving the demands of the market research industry since 1978, and are held in high regard by both clients and the research industry, globally.
