In light of the current global COVID-19 crisis, we firstly wanted to wish you all well and secondly wanted to let you know what it means for our clients, the public and the Vision One team. We are closely monitoring the situation and we will update our policies and processes accordingly and will update this post on a regular basis as the situation develops in line with Government guidance.

Most importantly, we would like to stress that the safety of our staff, our clients and the general public are our priority. During the pandemic, we have decided not to offer any face-to-face research until we believe it is safe to do so and government restrictions have been lifted.

Over the past year, we’ve made further improvements to our remote working infrastructure, including the implementation of a new telephone system to make communications even easier. So yes, it’s business as usual, as all our team are able to work from home. We’re actually very busy and our team are working around the clock to ensure all projects are carried out in full, whilst maintaining the utmost precautionary methods to ensure the safety of all. Not just a full-service market research agency, we offer the widest variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods to support our clients’ needs. During the pandemic, we have decided not to offer any face to face research until government restrictions have been lifted. Whilst this will slightly limit how we approach some projects, in reality, our range of specialist online techniques means we can tackle any business and research issues you might have.

Steps we’re taking whilst we’re open

To ensure our projects continue to run as smoothly as possible, we are currently implementing the following steps:

  • Our team will continue to be working on both new and existing projects from home.
  • All business travel is cancelled until further notice.
  • We are Microsoft Office-enabled and offer Microsoft Teams, Zoom or any other preferred application you might have for virtual client meetings and debriefs.
Unsure about whether you will benefit from market research in light of current events?

Whilst we can’t guarantee what course the situation will take, we can guarantee that we will continue to provide you with top-quality results that will benefit your business and help you reach all business goals. We have developed our own set of tools that combine traditional research methods with new innovative ways of thinking. If you are looking to conduct a specific type of research or want to know what options are available to you and your business and how we can maximise the results, please contact our team via the form below.

Interested in conducting focus groups but worried the current situation might affect the results?

Whilst government measures include avoiding crowds and gatherings, face-to-face focus groups may not appear the most appealing method to respondents from first glance but there are many alternatives and solutions to this. This doesn’t mean focus groups can’t be conducted, we can offer online qualitative solutions, including online focus groups and In-depth interviews, giving you the insights and results you intended without the need for direct contact.

As we wait for further developments from the Government, we will continue to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and the smooth running of our projects from start to finish.
