Our Liverpool office is now looking to hire some fresh faces for our telephone and recruitment centre. This telephone interviewer job is perfect for those who are looking to boost their income with the ability to offer both flexible part-time and full-time work. This opportunity provides people with the possible route into starting a career inside of market research.

As Vision One is one of the UK’s fastest-growing market research companies we’re looking to grow our staff accordingly. It would be a minimum of two days per week with the possibility of additional days depending on work and deadlines. The majority of shifts time will be the standard 9 am-5 pm, however, some flexibility may be offered for between 12 pm – 8 pm.

You do not need to have previous market research experience, you will be trained for the role fully beforehand, however, some traits and criteria we feel that are suitable for the role are:

  • Pleasant and clear telephone manner
  • Computer literate and ability to use software such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type accurately and at pace is a definite plus!
  • Ability to listen and record information accurately
  • Willing to help out with administrative tasks outside of calling
  • Have a strong work ethic and be willing to work as part of a team

Salary: £8.50 /hour + the opportunity for bonus rate of £9.50 /hour
