Who Are Believe?

Believe Housing pride itself on putting tenants at the heart of what they do and making them believe their part of the journey of providing better housing, communities, services and homes for everyone.

Part of this can be down to their knowledge of their landscape, they believe housing covers 862 square miles, from the very rural west, to hustle and bustle of Durham city centre, and the magnificent coastline in the east.

They have put a great focus and emphasis on providing a local housing service to fit local housing needs. Pushing Believe to drive change and encouraging the customers to expect more by achieving more, being more ambitious, more vibrant and more inclusive.
